10 days when I try to log , I get this message

for all servers , EU-1,2,3,4,5,6  and  NA-1,2,3   why ?

Did you play normally before?
What happened if you played normaly before? Reinstalled cRPG? New PC?

I realized that my problem is that
that the operating system is Windows 7

but still I did not solve the problem   :cry:
