IIRC - all warband files from My Documents

Sadly, that did not do the trick.
Maybe it is time for a painstaking facial reconstruction then...

I remember a long time ago, I took pictures of the sliders in the character screen so I could use my old face when I switched computer.

Dedication!

The profiles file is located in AppData (hidden by default, in your user directory) /Roaming (not if you use XP) /Mount & Blade Warband.

I've made the same face for 3 years now. I know the drill.

I was under the impression that if the face was randomized and then messed around with sliders you could get more extreme features, or am I mistaken in thinking that?

You are mistaken. I know where each slider should be and I get the same face everytime. The randomize option just mixes up the sliders, putting them all back to the middle will yield the same face everytime.
