Apparently my name is inappropriate... which it is. However I've played for several months with this name with no problem  until today where I have been banned by an admin for my name, anyway I'm banned on all characters and cannot do a name change or anything.

You can do a name change. Go to settings under the alt and once it's changed you'll be unbanned.

That depends if on when an EU admin decides to accept/deny it. If you go to the IRC and ask if there's an admin on that might help.
