Title: Restat "Heraldic Mail"

ToxicKilla mentioned in another thread, that the "Heraldic Mail" is actually the heraldic version of the "(Red) Tunic over Mail". Comparison:

Strangely enough, the heraldic version has better stats. It doesn't make sense, even from a balancing perspective, because there are many options for heraldic armors with almost identical stats (Heraldic Mail with Surcoat, Heraldic Mail with Tunic, Heraldic Mail with Tabard).

I suggest to change the heraldic armors like this:

- "Heraldic Mail" -> "Heraldic Tunic over Mail", make it identical to "Red Tunic over Mail" stats-wise
- "Heraldic Mail with Tunic" -> "Heraldic Mail", keep current stats

Extra: If this happens, give the option for people with a loomed Heraldic Mail to get their loompoints back. I dunno if there are anyone with this loomed, but there might just be.

i got one 3 times loomed.
wouldnt mind about change... could sell it to some archers for shitload of gold.

My case, sir. I would be ok with it, but just as you say, give the opportunity for us to get a proper other 41-13  +3 loomed armor.
