Title: why fileserve?

Why is the download on fileserve?

it refused to let me download and is now telling me to wait 12000 seconds before i can try again.

why not use something more reliable

btw sorry if i got it in wrong place

Well, it's not that i didn't ask for it to be put there.
It's mainly that i can not edit posts of the might overlords :mrgreen:
