Title: capital city?

what does it exactly mean? if i have a capital city my other fiefs produce gold by "doing nothing"? and if yes how much is it?

U need to set a village as capital city i guess. Thats what i read into it anyway.

It currently doesn't allow you to seta  capital city even when you  have villages and you still can earn gold from your villages as far as I can tell.

From what I heard (it currently doesn't work though) is if you set a capital city, the closer other fiefs, castles and cities are near it the lower it costs to craft goods, buy equipment etc (Example, if you were to buy at a fief closer to the capital opposed to 1 farther away it would cost more). Like civilization.
