Title: Price of Weelbread Courser = 30 000?
Post by: Cosmos_Shielder on October 30, 2011, 01:41:41 pm
That is what i see when i equip it on te website. Does it mean i will repair it as it really costs 30 000 or is it a bug. I always heard that heirlooming doesn't increase repair cost

Heirlooming doesn't increase the repair costs. But the heirloomed price influences everything else, including your equipment cost sum and the order in which the items are displayed ingame.

So the price sum in my equipment page is no more a good indicator of my repair cost. I'll have to take that in consideration

I dont really know why that price changes when you loom a weapon, it doesn't have any real use, cause noone is going to sell his looms to the bank.

Actually, people did sell heirloomed stuff before the "thou shall win all yer battleths" patch.

No idea which patch that is, cause winning was vital to earning anything even more so in 2010, but anyway that was a completely different heirlooming system and there was no trading system. My point is that the increase in displayed price for loomed items has no use now.
