Title: Villages Population Maxing out at 300

Player-owned villages' population is maxing out at 300 iunlike the 500 for neutral fiefs.  SIcne this was nowhere posted in the change logs, I think this is a bug.  have seen it in the village of Kwynn.  Thank you.

As I suppose thats new standard for all villages. AI villages that haven;t taken at first attack are growing only till 300 population.
So I dare say it's not a bug.
