Hi I bought balanced heavy lance from player Bort for 700k gold on the market today. however, what I received was this strange item with weird stats that is not even showing up in my ingame inventory:
Tempered Heavy Lance
weight 1.8
difficulty 14
spd rtng 78
weapon length 190
swing damage 21, blunt
thrust damage 30, pierce
please fix it

Just put it in your default equipment on the website.

Ok, it shows in the equip if i make it as default weapon. however, It seems I cannot heirloom it. Devs please fix it.

Do you have another Heavy Lance in your inventory?

What Tom should have said is if you have another Heavy Lance in your inventory, you can't helrloom either of them until you get rid of the other.
