At the time I do NOT take commissions, for I am extra busy IRL.
(click to show/hide)
(the following counts IF I would take commissions) - Mind that I am doing this in my free time, so make it worth my while in terms of fun; I won't paint anything that I don't want! - A service in return whatsoever is just another topic, and always depends on your offer. As I said, make it worth my while, and I don't think of 'worth' as equal to money, not necessarily. - time and patience is the most important thing you can actually give me ... plus constructive critique/cheering.
working on (updated june 20, 2013) [nothing atm]
not started, but probably worth doing: - Fallen Brigade artwork (instructions sent) (big work)
artwork requests/claims (first comes first, last is most recent): [none atm]

Wow, they are fucking awesome pictures mate. If you would make an epic picture of a Fallen Brigade army, I would most certainly paypal you something, not an amazing amount of money though, as I am a peasant, maybe just £10 or something on my next pay cheque,. I guess you can PM me if you're willing to draw us a picture :).

I don't see you ...
but if you look carefully, without a shovel before your eyes, you will find a ninja and a samurai in the shieldwall picture, also there is no clue that the peasant in the downhill-charge pic is not carrying stones in addition to his fork. I don't see spartans either, but there are some shield-and-spear fighters in the shieldwall aswell. And for the plated charger, I guess he's broke. But his horse looked ugly anyways.
Now a question: how would you draw 'respecing'?
Oh, and I'm glad you spoke your mind. +1

Some ideas:
(click to show/hide)
House on the hill in the middle of the scene, roof full of ranged (about 20 dudes) corpses all around the house (bodies full of arrows, bolts, throwing stuff), one female white ninja sneaking from behind, crouching so archers can't see him, setting roof on fire with a torch :D
(click to show/hide)
You have something similar in your sketches but this is imho better scene. Lone twohander in stab-ready position aiming a little bit higher than eye level in the middle (we see him from behind). Behind him about 7-8 cavs galloping towards (some lancers, some 2H, some throwers, xbow and HAs)
(click to show/hide)
A row full of Tenne copies (leather jerkin, red cav boots and straw hat) and a cav aproaching them from the side (riding Courser and wearing Mamluke set aka Leed). First has been bumped and is trying to get up while holding his bow and aiming at cav, second two have just been knocked off, lying on the ground in different positions, fourth has been alarmed and already released the arrow towards the cav which hit cav's shield and cav is about to hit his head with lance. Others (3 or 4 of them) are standing still still aiming in the distance unaware of cav threat :)
(click to show/hide)
Famous 2H dance: one medium-heavy armored 2H (I personally wear Rus scale) fighting four of five opponents, behind sandwiched behind them, hitting last guy (perspective wise) with left swing in the head while the pikeman has bounced of his/her armour and the morningstar guy misssed his overhead, shielder too short as well
(click to show/hide)
Theme: retire. It involves my char. Basically the scene looks like this, two females are in this little house. Old lady with a scar on her left cheek is standing by the fire, looking down at her granddaughter (she's on her knees), who's holding this old sword in her hands, looking at it with admiration. Old lady is wearing Rus Scale armour, Rus Splinted greaves, Scale gauntlets, wearing Khergit Lady Hat and holding Vaegir War Mask under her rigth armpit. While the young girl is wearing Rus Shoes, Ragged outfit, Leather gloves and wearing the same Khergit Lady Hat.
(click to show/hide)
Now this is kinda brutal. It's happening on the battlefield, all the chaos and mayhem around (kinda fading away) while in the middle and focused are two, heavy armored lancer (milanese or gothic plate) riding heavy armored horse trying to couch this viking dude. But he's failed cause the viking guy has jumped in front of him and split his head in two with Great Long Axe. Rage on the viking's face and fear in the horseman eyes can be seen.
Make your pick :)

:D thanks Bjord! well I have a lot of stuff going. I'm accepting private single works, but I can not guarantee doing them anytime soon. they'll never take less than one month, more likely three months or more. but you're on my list now, so what exactly do you have in mind? (I like to know the details early, so I can play around with ideas over a longer period of time. this is not to be confused with me starting to work on that thing, because I have to finish other paintings first)

You're both great!
And you both have very different styles, it's hard to compare them. I'm sure you could probably do other styles at will, but yours for example is more clean and slick while Kajia's is very cinematic and concept art-like. Both styles I care for a lot, but as far as I'm concerned you're both very good at what you do. No need to submit yourself below Kajia, Munin. :)

At least one art workshop is keeping the bar high enough to be worthy of the art name. Thank you, nice pictures!
P.S. Did you already do some art for M:BG?

thank you!
hm, good question, fair enough. no, I'm not doing art for M:BG for several reasons, one being lack of time. But I probably should think about it again -- I was already asked to join the team one year ago, but sorta kinda slipped out of it again. Right now I don't even know where it's at, as I failed to support the project and can't follow the process :c
actually I'm more or less waiting for them to mock up a game worth putting more content in, and at that point I'll gladly create some 2D, 3D art and stuff -- if they still want me to, ha.

I know you have commissions listed as closed and you are very busy. But if you EVER, EVER have interest in doing a piece for a loom point(s) or gold or something, get back to me! I don't know how long these things take you, they look very time consuming. I've always wanted a piece of my character done in your style, like the remnants standing like statues look.

Here's Kajia's piece that represents, firstly, the golden age of Elisa the Long Spear. Secondly, and far more importantly, standing testament to the size of my enormous ego.
