Already found 1 thread about that here... but with no answers so I am going to suggest it again.
Simply Heraldic Horsearmors.
I got 2 ideas about that.
1. You can implement the Armors, or maybe just some horseclothing if you don't want to leave speed/maneuver.
If that isn't working there would be:
2. Add between 1 or 3 new horses with heraldic armors, or more... usually there should be of each horse a heraldic version.

No but I believe I one time saw somewhere some... in some other mod, but I can not remember where.

I dont think it is possible in M&B engine to have heraldric horse surcoat, or to apply heraldry on horses (like it happens with armors and shields).
I dont know the reason but if you ask in the taleworlds they sure know why.

Are you sure they didn't just create a separate horse mesh with textures for each banner?

It'd be very nice for sure but it still requires someone to model the skins.

I was thinking about this the other dy. I would love to have it and it could help make clans more iconic and would look pretty awesome... Better than that ugly plated charger. Preferably with a lighter more cheaper faster horse for us poor people ( around 18k??) and a heavily armoured horse ( around 50k??). I would love to see this.

Exactly what I meant in the other post. If they really have heraldic barded horses, they might have just applied the heraldry in different meshes (which means with banner a you can get a horse with heraldry b, but this horse wont change into banner a colours)

That's true, I was trying to make this happpen with some other guys (really experienced coders) on Taleworlds forum almost a year ago but seems like it's not possible. In game menu we got the heraldic material visible but in game it was transparent.
Only thing you can do is make some textures with specific banners on a horse armor.

I dont think it is even possible with wse, sadly. It should have been alrady done by someone over the taleworlds.
I was also looking for something like this to happen in singleplayer but Warband engine doesn't allow it, it seems.

It's not open source, you'd have to write a new one or use another engine.
