Title: Log for transfers in Strategus

I would love to see who had transfered stuff while i was not aware of it.

Having a table which shows me

Name of who transfered stuff | the stuff name and amount of it | timestamp | archive and/or delete button

I agree, it makes a whole lot of sense; you can confirm that allies gave you what was expected etc, ensure deals went down as they were expected.  All that good stuff.
