He was mad because I kited his team for about a minute as the last remaining player on my team (running around collecting my missed throwing weapons), so he intentionally TK'ed me at the start of the round. take note of time
I'm fairly certain this particular player has several previous bans, so figure he needs more time to reflect on why breaking the rules is bad.

You delayed for like 5 min at the end of the round with no weapon i was doing every one a favor. Maybe you should be banned for delaying with out a weapon how about that
digglez is clearly a liar cause i was on his team i call photoshop

General rules No exploiting of any kind NOT OK: Bypassing the autobalance NOT OK: Using a bug to gain undeserved benefits No intentional teamwounding/teamkilling during a round No malicious griefing of teammates (kickspamming, blocking, etc.) No drawing/delaying the round on purpose (i.e. running away or camping unreachable places when you're one of the last people alive)
Looks like we both broke rules we should probably be both banned for a 1-3 days

Epoch, you're a known TKer and TWer. You know better, and after you got banned for the auto block you should be on your very best behavior. If i see another TK/TW ban after this one, it will turn into an essay ban.
