Why not reach? Mel Gibson swinging that beast in Braveheart.
And if speed, then 3.
yes no reach needed, +2 speed back would be wonderfull for us that loomed it before the reduction
cheers
no, they have worse damage.
Shouldn't all swords that aren't used with a shield get +20 speed bonus?
Shouldn't you just shut your face ? It's about internal balance within 2h family, not about powerlevel of proficiency. Gtfo, troll.

I don't have a problem with shields. 1h+shield is a good soft landing for newbies.
Well, archery, yes. Archery's good too, but won't teach new players much about melee mechanisms. Shielder's perfect though, no need to do all that difficult manual blocking, can just focus on holding RMB.
Yes, quite true again. The time they'll be forced to spend spectating will teach them a lot when they die due to just trying to spam.
Try it yourself. You need to block even more with those weapons than a normal 2h.
Try it yourself. Fraps it. Youtube. Link
Woot, shouldn't german and danish have -1 speed for their awesome length ?
Oh, also, wait what? UrLukur, I thought you were suggesting that would be the perfect build for a lowbie. Then you go on about saying how you need level 31 and heirlooms.
Not for lowbie but for unemployed newbie.
So what makes you think it's that easy if you've never tried it?
Post a screenshot of you getting 3-0 with some other 2h sword. That will justify the +3 speed on Claymore.
