Title: it seems that I was extorted, guys I need some help

the whole process is like this:
yesterday I reached lv31 and I started a thread to sell my loompoint in need of some gold

after a while a guy PMed me and told me he'd pay me 450 if I heirloom a hourglass for him (for the time being I can't point out his ID)

"that's a large sum of money"I thought.  then I accepted his offer and retired. I put the +1 hand armor on the market and noticed him to receive the cargo

but today when I logged in to check whether I've got the payment, I only found a PM to tell me that he'll buy my +1 gear "but nor for 450k"(I'm pretty sure he meant 'not' not 'nor' maybe a spellinmistake), so I feel that I was extorted by him

so I'm in panic now and dunno to whom to turn for help

guys what should I do in such a worrying situation? any suggestions?
