Today on EU2 I saw Duuz using long spear on a horse. I told him it was against the rules, but he did not reply. I guess he doesn`t know English very well, but he needs to be learned a lesson.

I think you should just warn him or something and if he still refuses to learn then a ban. Anyways, here is some proof.

Since hes a new player, this will go with only as warning.

Also if you see people using bugs to gain undeserved advantage, try to talk to them at first.
