Phenom II P820 Triple-Core Processor 1.8GHz ; 4GB RAM ; Mobility Radeon HD 5650 1GB

Warband developers are retarded :( BF3 runs smoother than this game

Nope. First post fixed.
2 ways:
1)For good PC use Low-res texture pack + Optimization
2)For bad PC use only Scary

M&B runs fine on a single core 3.0ghz processor from 6 years ago, the devs are not retarded. It just doesn't use multiple cores that well because they didn't really exist when it was released, plus you're on a laptop.

You can build a PC to run CRPG at real graphics for like $200 dollars. If you lived in the US I would mail you my 6 year old PC, no one should play this game on Nintendo 64 graphics levels.

Wtf? What is this shit?
If I have to choose to play with that textures or not playing...

I understand people who use low-res textures instead or native one, but that ones are pure crap. Find a job and buy a new pc.

Some people can't. I think Spain for example still sits at a 20% unemployment mark.

Edit: actually it has climbed to 21% general and 40% youth.

This mod goes as far as making a medieval war game look innocent and akin to fairies. But I guess if it's necessary for people to play this game then I have no problems, not everyone has as much money to spend on a pc as me :)

OMG... I would rather stop playing than using this ugly beast

But I've seen similar shit years ago on LAN parties where real hardcore players reduced graphics in CS, UT and such games to zero to get the last frame out of it. It just looks ugly as hell

Though this one is just amazing:

That screenshot is the most beautiful thing I have ever laid my eyes upon, where can one buy one of those suits?

By the way that hat is cooler than the Deli cap, I also want one of those.  I may install this pack just for how old school this makes warband look, trees have no leavaes, castles not detail, it looks so....calming.

So whoever uses this mod doesn't see bushes? Meaning they have a major advantage against players who do see bushes and other visual objects?

Sounds like cheating.  :|

Dude: Whoever uses this mod is forced to use this textures and graphic, he suffers enough I guess!
This game is cool for fun and I find it okay if someone uses this cuz he cant enjoy the game in a different way.

Be happy that you have a PC thats good enough to run this in a normal way and dont be a bitch to the others who can`t.

mod is cheat

(click to show/hide)

it's impossible to get spotted in woods when you play this map in normal mod. however, creepy mod gives you advantage to see who is passing & hiding inside the woodland.

and for all those who think mod is already punishment for its users, think about thermal vision or night vision goggles. you don't have the hd scenery quality when you equip these stuff, but you get huge advantage of spotting enemies around. in my opinion, these creepy mods are pretty much the same. by editing game graphics, cheaters sacrifice quality scenery just to get huge x-ray vision advantage, especially in woodlands & bushes & rocky places and also foggy weathers.

This mod has been public knowledge for almost a year. No one had any problem with it except you Tavuk_Bey. What makes you so butthurt that you feel you know a cheat better than everyone else?

As I have already stated, most modern games have graphics options that take away all serious vegetation, that means grass, bushes ect. Why does no one complain about it in those games? Because people aren't arseholes who can't stand someone with a bad computer trying to play the game. It does give those people a slight advantage but the majority of them are playing with such awful computers it hardly matters. There will only be an odd few using this not legitimately and most people aren't quite as worried about their epeen as you are so don't give a damn and just get on with it.

So just because they have bad performance computers they should be allowed advantages over other players?

Why not give ppl with over 150 ping free autoblock while you are at it.

Let us be grateful that we are able to play a competitive game in a fair manner and allow those less fortunate the opportunity to compete against us with less effort by giving them superior field vision.

[Edited: Not everyone who uses this is a horse archer] lol

What better a class for a cheating, sympathy seeking, fairness avoiding player.

Alex isn't horse archer and I don't use this mod. Failed at the first hurdle.

Sorry dude, but you are a douche. As is Tavuk_Bey. I'm not going to argue about it anymore. If you can't see the differences then you have a problem.

... U guys think way to competetive, you can even disable alot with normal graphic settings and that little bit of bushes is not similar to an autoblock...

GKs are the only ones who are butthurr about people who demand a fair gameplay and justice against cheaters. and we are talking about modding the games beyond the original graphic options' limits to gain advantage. of course people have rights to turn off some of the graphics from game options menu. but when those people start modding graphic resources for certain benefits, it will be counted as cheating, just like your teammate did. being a poor asshole doesn't give him rights to cheat.

try to edit and play any of those modern games you mention, your smart ass will be kicked by programs like punkbuster.

I wonder how Segd make them disappear, and I would like to know how. Too bad the download link to file is not working anymore, i hope he will make a new version

Would be great if one of the dev can just end this madness, I am pretty much sick of being called cheater/ gain advantage

Nothing should be removed, period.

I don't care how hard you want to batter the textures/items into shit, that is fine by me. I do care that you are removing some entirely. Make bushes one shade of green or whatever if you absolutely have to. Just don't remove them, or anything else lol. Are you saying that your computer will explode and your fps will drop to a crawl if you have a few extra bushes on a map? Jesus Christ.
