Title: Old character

So I just recently decided to try crpg again, been playing a huge amount of mount and musket and just feel like swinging a sword for abit. So I have a level 30ish character with 3.5 mil xp but at the time I played it I was staying at my friends and played his mount and blade while he was at work, I've now got my own mount and blade copy from steam and am logged in to my crpg account but it won't let me play my character, it just says this character does not belong to me whenever I join a game, am I out of luck or am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

Your cRPG character is tied to the Warband CD key. If your friend doesn't play cRPG you could ask him to trade copies (really all you need to do is change the cd-key info).
