I have a Balanced Knightly Arming Sword but its not masterwork, but why cant i hierloom it more than 2 times?

Maybe cos u have a normal knightly arming sword in your inventory, selll it.

nope, i only have this sword, i have axe spear but not other sword

nope, but you can always click retiere to see how much better your weapon can be
