Title: An old problem for sure, but still isn't fixed!!!

Sometimes I join a strategus battle a little after people are already fighting, it's happened twice now that before I even select what equipment I want the game spawns me naked. I don't click okay or anything it just loads up and spawns me naked. I'm pretty sure I remembered this in old strat, can we please get this fixed once and for all so I don't have to feel guilty about wasting a ticket?  :?
