Title: Attack on Yaragar

After Yaragar village was taken, village got reattacked by the same attacker without him doing so. He wasn't even on strat page when this happened.
Might be another bug.

STR said they won't cancel the attack, so maybe devs need to investigate it.

maybe he hit refresh on strat page or something goofy like that?

Seems that he didn't hit refresh or smth.
