Be sure to read through Server Rules (http://forum.c-rpg.net/index.php/topic,2606.0.html) and follow them on the servers.

After you have read through them, your ban will be removed tomorrow.

I have read it, but,

NOT OK: Creating a weapon rack and spawning more than a few items to block movement

The meaning of this text, I cant understand well.

That rule is especially for the siege mode.
There certain people used to spam construction sites to block movement for the enemy team.

That actually wasn't why you were banned. You were trying to bypass autobalance by repeatedly trying to join spec/the team of your dreams in the span of 15secs and I saw you doing it.
