I'm back here writing for my little sister, whom I had unbanned last week. Thanks for that, lilith/nuffen, but I'm currently on her computer and can see that she has no choice but to spawn naked! Let me explain:
I've created multiple characters myself, so I really shouldn't have any problems, but alas... I do. I can log on to the website with thkn_II, which is a generation 2 character with 8 items in inventory. However, when I create this character in game with EXACTLY the same name, it shows absolutely no armor, no weapons and no choices in the item slots. This doesn't even appear on new characters, they at least have a sicle, pitchfork or club.
She created a new character that appears to work, but it's a shame to start over when you've already spent time on one character. In lack of a support section, can you guys please help?

Chars are gender fixed as far as I know, did you try it with both a female and male ingame char yet?
Or is the char on your warband key, and she uses another key?

Holy shit, this might be it, didn't think the key mattered. She borrowed the game from me a few weeks before her own came in the mail, so it might have been made with a different key. Any way to change this to the new one?

Yeah its the cd key. Characters gender does not matter. You can change it anytime you want.

No. The first time you join a server after retiring decides your gender. If you join with a different gender you won't get stats/equip.

Well i could swear that we had once a member which changed his gender anytime... It was possible before or i had too clouded mind in the past? :)

Yep, it was. I think chadz changed it in one of the latest patches.

Now I just have to convice my sis that it's not that big of a deal to start over. But thanks for the answers!

The gender shit is pretty gay too. I'd appreciate the freedom to RP and change whenever.
