Title: Account bugged!

Hi, I have been playing in C-rpg for a month.
Today when I tried to connect in C-rpg with my account, it said me that the password was wrong, so I entered to an official server (EU_CRPG_1) and I restored my password.
When i did it I saw that it was another alternative account in my account named "ricardorules", thinking that it was a bug of the game I removed this account.
Now i entered another time to my account and the same problem. I restored the password throught the official server and when I got logged I saw that my account was like restarted, 100 gold, level 1. I lost all my items...

Any ideas?

PD. My account name is SA_Kitus.

Yer my brother bought a CD key a few days ago which must be same as yours because when he logged in your characters where there.

Did u pay for this key or not?

I'm worried because i don't know if it's a bug from c-rpg or from the key of Warband.

My brother thought it was bugged so I think he has deleted all the characters. Better contact an admin to try and get it back - sorry for any inconvenience. I'm sure someone will restore it for you if you re-direct them to this post.

We have also contacted the CD key seller who were happy to help us until we said we think its a duplicate. Now we haven't heard anything back from them. Still in progress.

I will make sure my brother doesn't go on that account again then (even though he has paid for the key) and hopefully we can get a new one.

Update: CD seller has got back to us saying they will contact the cd key distributor and get a new code for my bro.
