The Manscouts come from many different realms, so a uniform banner is not required.
Being a Manscout is a way of life; we live off the land and like nature stuff.
The Manscout Infantry is comprised of regular infantry units on foot with melee weapons to kill people. These melee weapons include: one-hands, two-hands, and polearms.
The Manscout Cavalry is comprised of dedicated cavalry units with lances and weapons to use on horseback, and they will kill people who aren't look and some who are.
The Manscout Archers shoot people with bows and sometimes arrows. These include horse archers, who ride around on horses and shoot people.
The Manscout Crossbowmen are currently all comprised of mounted crossbowmen, and they shoot people with their light crossbows and three horse archery. They are terrifying on land, when they're equipped with stronger crossbows and zero melee weapon proficiency.
The Manscout Assassin is only Mr_Pibb_ATS, currently, and he only carries a Tempered Long Dagger to stab people with while he runs with a lot of athletics.

The Manscout Thrower is highly skilled at throwing stuff at people, not to miss, but to kill! (Reference to Lord of the Flies)
Manscouts make wide flanking manouvers together, stick to camoflauge and live off the plants and berries strewn about the battlefields of Caladria :P
