Title: About trading on the market
Post by: Gisbert_of_Thuringia on October 18, 2011, 11:13:24 pm
Dear devs, can't you please change something on the market, that a second confirmation is needed?

Means:

You put up your item, you have to confirm.

Now someone klicks on "accept" -->  You'll get a message telling you person x wants to buy it, which requires a second confirmation.

That way all these mistakes (which will always happen as people are just people thus they do mistakes and getting confused with the 0s in numbers like 11000000 isn't really hard) won't happen that often and people like Haven clan won't have a chance to grab all the looms from players who worked hard to get them.

And please do something against these retards constantly stealing looms just because someone made a mistake

And what about the non-standardised font the marketplace is using, making you think that 24111111 maybe isn't that much compared to 2400000 ?

Anyway, even with a confirmation system, people will still put wrong offers. Hopefully less.

Putting a standard price on the loom levels (+1 350k, +2 700k, +3 1 mil) and then scripting a second warning if the offer deviates too much from this value would be nice.

I think a second confirmation should be enough.

If people then still make a mistake they deserve it :D

A second chance to count the numbers etc should be enough

And why would a +1 straw hat be worth the same as a +1 Huscarl shield, or a +1 Transitional armor, or any other gear?

Why not? There's a same amount of time spent heirlooming that item. All items got their uses.

Set font to Helvetica, its the most readable font ever made.

Also make loom points into an item you can sell to stop all the trading back and forth to get an item loomed.
