Title: Play with friends?

I haven't played CRPG in a few months but I know there was talk about a system to let you be on the same team as your friends. Has that been done yet? I havhe a bunch of friends that want to get into this game but the fact that you get randomly put on teams kind of ruins the whole experience.

You'll be placed on the same team more often if you use the same banner.
