Ok, please post the list of mains who are using different warband serials from the same household/ip.
Also tell us why you need several keys.

What do I have to do to prove that me LL_Emperor_KillerofFlowers, LL_Mcdeath(i assume hes banned to cause he’s my cousin and has gone on b4 at my house), and LL_Aedile_LastKaze all know each other irl. Kaze comes over and uses his account also

my 2nd serial banned for that reason i think. i only bought 2nd game for another main and skip to fun chance. never think or play strategus with 2nd serial. and won't do it if u unban.

You've probably seen perhaps up to 12(?) or so different accounts connect from my IP over time. I have LAN parties periodically at which we play a variety of multiplayer games. Other than that I've got two brothers who play the game, one of whom doesn't live with us but plays here sometimes. Last I knew he wasn't banned, so I won't list him here.

I'm posting here on behalf of Tamerlan - He's russian and not very good at english, so he's asked me to help him.

He has the following accounts on his computer:

Fallen_Tamerlan
Fallen_Reaktor
Bagira

Fallen_Tamerlan is Tamerlan's own account, Fallen_Reaktor is his sons account and Bagira is his wife's account. This is why you've been seeing so many accounts on his ip :)

Hoping you can unban this family soon.

My buddy stopped playing warband and now I'm using his warband key to try out some builds via stf in crpg only. (I've been doing this for quite a long time now and never used the 2nd one in srat)

Ive got 3 steam accounts, and a minimum of 2 copies of each game, so a friend can play with me on my 2nd PC Tower, but when I bought Fire & Sword on sale I got an extra copy of warband which makes my third. I only have 1 IRL friend who comes over a ton and uses my 2nd PC to use my 2nd warband account, and for the third, it was only used when a third friend was at my house, he could boot up my laptop and join us on the field. Ive had no intentions of taking any other chars past retirement as you can tell my main character is Fallen_Sir_Illuminati generation 7.

1) Fallen_Sir_Illuminati is me, almost my primary steam account.
2) :)! / Fallen_Illuminati is my friend david, mike, shaun who will sometimes play with me at my house(neighbors), usually as a team hitting archer or horse bumping cav... console friends are such ragers :(
3) The^Deej / Fallen_Lord_Illuminati was my random third account that was barely used, by any of my other non PC playing friends.

p.s.  2) and 3) were changed off frequently, whatever steam account was logged in when my friend wanted to play, was used.



I messaged Fasader a long time ago about this situation so that I could prevent this. He said and I quote,

I do not need more then 2, as only one time in my life have all 3 cd keys been used at one time. I only have 3 because when I bought 2 of Fire & Sword on sale I got 2 Warbands with it, I would like to be able to keep two active cd keys, with the second one being used at most once a week, by 1 of my 4-5 friends.

Hello,

I started playing cRPG with a friend of mine.We stay at the same house as well. We are using the university connection at work and playing it together.There is no chance to enter cRPG from different IPs. I had another CD-Key before to have a Skip The Fun character when Skip The Funs were not allowed if you have another main. After I saw this thread (http://forum.c-rpg.net/index.php/topic,14919.0.html) I gave my account details to another friend and he started to play cRPG and I never used that CD-Key anymore. That became my friend's account.
And I and my friend also play the game at home on different computers. After I saw the "Account sharing" thread on forums, I never played the game at the one who my friend played. So do my friends as well.

Here are the main char names of ppl who I play together
My main: Kapikulu_caki_Pasa
My friend who we started together: Kapikulu_cfirat
My friend who I gave my old CD-KEY: Kapikulu_Bostanci_KRALNEO

These are the ones I know. As I connect from a University, I can't know if anyone else in University plays cRPG. If you can check the logs you will see that I and my 2 friends played cRPG at the same time before.

I live in a hostel (home of students). And my friends who play in Mount & Blade (cRPG) with me to get banned? We were in a hostel about 200 people on 1 IP address.

I DenBitre_Asalot have been banned, I guess, for multi-accounting. The thing is that I live with DenBitre_KingGylpe, we are brothers, I think that may be the reason for banning me. I assure you that since the Strategus round 3 started up, I have not once logged in with any other char than my own. So please please please unban me.
If you have banned DenBitre_KingGylpe for this reason too, I hope you will unban him also. On his behalf, I think he did manage an account for a member who is in the middle of moving, but as soon as he read that it wasn't allowed he stopped instantly.

I don't know how you determine who is multiaccounting, but right now DenBitre_KingGylpe is spending his autumn vacation at a friend who is also a member. Will it be a problem that he plays from his friends place?

Anyhow, I have haven't been multi-accounting at all, not whatsoever, not even once, never!
Ps: I love being a part of the warband community, and have been here almost from the beginning. Thank you for the great game you have made - it really outclasses all other games I have tried. I hope that I will not be banned from here permanently.

So i have 3 active warband keys in one house.

First of all, none of them were used for strategus (maybe several months ago i joined 1-2 battles  using 1 [!] key.)

Then , the list of 3 accounts:

1. Gardarika_BlackCorsair - it s my character.

2. Gardarika_Black_Corsair - its the account of my friend, but i tested his char several times, to understand if his build will be nice for me. (he set the similar nick, because he thought that it would be my char, but it happened that he used it 99% of time. But he didnt change nick because it was fun to have twins). And very often we played simultaneously at one time, so its not ME for sure, u can check it in logs (or how u do it?). Ofc we changed items a lot on market. Maybe it will be ok, if i will give this char to him completely, and he will change nick?

3. Gardarika_BlackBlade  - my father's character. But it seems that he doesnt like crpg that much, so if its the problem, he can delete his account completely.

My account is Fallen_kura.On my computer only 1 cd-key they use there cdkeys on theyr computers.

I use only for strategus accounts of my 2 IRL friends Fallen_AleksDeWol and Fallen_MrHunterDi,they dont understand english and i rule them there by them request and messenger between the language barrier in our clan.

Non-sense this banning, you can check if it is related to Mxyptlk_KGB or God_Johny_KGB - tusday they were at my house with their notebooks, but all other time they play with different ips from me, they do not live with me.

Hello!

I am LUBU and my brother is KONVICT (he changed his name recently from herConvict_2sekC). We live in the same city but different homes (15 minutes away from each other). I sometimes come over to his place while he sometimes comes over to mine. We play with his desktop and my laptop, or on my desktop and my laptop (i have the laptop and he doesn't, and is dependent on if im at his house or hes at mine). Many people I'm sure have seen my brother and I play at the same time, always follow each other and what not, thanks for reading :).

EDIT: I'm not sure but i just realized my brother's wife probably also got banned. Her name is Felonswifey_2sekC, and she plays at KONVICT's house on his desktop sometimes too.     ...Thanks again!

i decided to retire my own character BashiBazouk_Bashko and BashiBazouk_uJuki is my friend in real life. I logged from him cuz he need 2m ex to lvl up , he was away from pc.. (i have never login strategus with several accounts, only one, i just login game and that shouldn't be seen illegal , in my opinion  :(

Our key was banned. I am live at the hostel, and we have in room 3 people and one notebook. We all plaing crpg. I am playing seriosly,and my friends just like that. From the beginning all key's were mine, so mains have this names:
SB_Medic
Therapeutist
Medic

And you may be banned more people in my hostel, becouse we have the same ip in all computers.

Unban please. And say what we must to do.

I have brought 2nd key to play as a 2hander on stategus battles coz it is boring to play all the time as 1hander. I don't like to waste time on retirement and in strategus battles can participate only main character.

STR_Nokeyboard also have 2 keys and we live in one apartment(so we play from 1 ip). He brought 2nd cd key for looming.

We used 2nd keys in strategus. If it is forbidden we can use only 1 key for farming but we want to use 2nd key for fun and looming!

First, I'm not banned but I say this in advance :

I have a 2nd game key I don't use anymore. I think it has one STF char and that's all. I never played Strategus with it.
My ISP gives me dynamic IP addresses so I guess I could play with it without problems, as long as I disconnect/connect to the internet, but I already don't have the time for one key x)

My brother Bossly (yeah, people have brothers). He doesn't play often, but it will be really bad if he will be banned (your tool is too smart), cause I have suggested him to buy this game for this mod.

Guard_Tristan and Guard_Ylsa use the same IP. We live together in the same Dorm (350 people) all with one outgoing IP.
There might be others playing warband here, but I am not aware of them.

My Nick is Templar_Lerva_Papal_Guard and my little brothers nick is Templar_Valtsuman we live in the same house and use the same ip.  and we both have our own warband game. i hope that we wont get banned for that

Not banned but still:
Right now my main name is Samodur, previously i've been playing with other key and sharing my computer with two younger brothers (can prove their existence)
So all three of us been playing both cRPG and Strategus from time to time which involved total of 3 different keys.
Also i don't know if my brothers tried playing on other keys or shared their own.
At the moment i the only person playing cRPG in my family so i don't think other keys will be used once more.

To sum up:
Main - Samodur, other keys are inactive.

me and brother using 2 PCs on same router. he is Wolves_Idzo_the_Bandit , and my is Wolves_Dado_the_Angry.

2PCs = 2 cd keys = same router.

edit: my neighbour Wolves_elsupreme sometimes play on my router... IRL friends :)

This is a flawed system.  :evil:

People share IP's routinely, OUT OF NECESSITY.  It's how the world works.

Might wanna keep 'how the world works' in mind, when creating a mod, reliant, on 'how the worlds works'.

I am not banned. But I don't want my main to be banned, so I have to say in advance.

I have two serials, only one of them has main.
The first serial (has my main Druzhina_Leshanae and alts) is our russian version of Warband which I used for 1.5 years.
The second serial (has 100kWatt) was bought a few months ago through steam (for achievments in native, I love to get steam achievements). Once after playing native module I decided to play cRPG and forgot to change serial, so I joined a server with the steam one. I were too lazy to exit the game and change serial key, so I decided to make a new char on this one, didn't see any problems with that since I didn't want to register this key for strat. This char was never registered on Strategus, and I didn't ever think to use it so. Just for free play on cRPG servers. I use it very seldom though.

To sum up, I have one serial key for Strategus, the other is just for free play on cRPG servers.

If you ban my second key, I won't come here and post shitloads of whining or even GTX cRPG and Strategus or something. For my main char that would be Ok, but it would be just very fkn bad not to be able to use one of my alt chars just to play for fun. I guess you can just disable the ability to register this key on Strat (to register main chars on it in order to not be able to even trade) and let me play cRPG.

Doubt I will ever be banned for this but:

I got a friend who I often go to and play with. I managed to get him to TRY cRPG once. He's a SP guy so he couldn't be arsed to keep playing multiplayer, but occasionally when I'm at his place I convince him to join me for some rounds. That would then be me playing on his IP and not the one I'm normally on.

I hope this is alright.

Don't know if I'm banned or not since I'm at work and haven't been able to check yet, but if all these people did then I probably did too.

My son and I play cRPG together although he's mostly on Mount&Musket.  We use 2 seperate computers with seperate keycodes.

My brother also moved in recently from another state until he gets his own place around here, so now he plays as well.  He uses my desktop while I play on my laptop that I carry back and forth to work with me so I can play offshore.

3 different players, 3 different pc's & 3 different keycodes.  Many, many times all three of us are on at the same time.

Accounts are SHC_Dylan (my son), SHC_Balron (my brother), and SHC_Draggon (myself).

I occasionally have LAN parties at my IP....Is this bad? They use different CD keys as I, and have their own Steam accounts.

I really hope this doesn't mess up our LAN partying, they are fun O.o

Dude, even if it wasn't "specified" that it was forbidden, wasn't it obvious that doing that kind of shit was not fair at all?

I mean, I'm part of a fairly big clan and we cannot muster 100 members in total.

Following the rules is one thing, not being a complete ass towards all other players is another.

Think about it, not only did you doing this fuck up the game balance in previous strat versions, it has now also gotten a lot of people unfairly banned from all servers.

If you think that is somehow justified by the fact that it wasn't specified as forbidden, then you have a REALLY fucked up sense of fairness.

What makes you think that just because it wasn't specified, the rule was deleted? First rule of em all: Common Sense. What once is/was forbidden, always will be, even if it isn't specifically stated. I remember the shit from Strat v1. Just because afterwards there was almost half a year break, doesn't mean rules get deleted.

if someone has multiple accounts but does have a main on only one of them, which is then there for strategus and trading i wouldn't have a problem with that.
Also i still suggest an Action Point System as i mentioned before. (http://forum.c-rpg.net/index.php/topic,15176.0.html) That would reduce the need and arguing about account sharing. If of some IPs are used multiple accounts, those should be watched closely nevertheless, having a behaviour messurement. How often are those accounts played, are they only used in crpg or also in strategus. If used in strategus are they still used for been played at same times in crpg etc.

Actually, it was originally declared forbidden during first Strategus. I guess you guys missed the memo (DRZ got it), but the announcement about it on this forum wasn't a new rule, it was a reminder.

Anyway, it's silly to expect all cheats and exploits to be specified in advance before you can be punished for them. The rules are: no cheats, no exploits. If you fall foul of them, blame yourselves. You're not kidding anybody by claiming that you all thought that having the clan leader control 100+ member accounts would be considered acceptable.

All the hypocricy going on in this topic is hilarious. People calling their second ips "brothers and wives" (small part of it is true, let's leave it for the admins to figure out) , people saying that the rules weren't there...pathetic. At least some people actually admitted they had several accounts.

Truth is , Shogunate back in the 1st Strat was managed by 2 guys (me and Sanders) , we used to have the accounts of all out members. Up until the point when chadz n Co announced that it's against the rules.
I repeat, BACK IN THE FIRST STRAT. So you fellas have been abusing the HELL out of the system since the middle of the 1st Strat and now that you've got caught you actually have the nerve to call it " ridiculous" and state that you've never seen these rules . Shame on you.

I have a second Warband i bought when we couldn't have an STF character unless we deleted our main. I actually still use it for cRPG and i don't plan on stopping since i paid for that key. i think i put him on strat map by mistake since i loaded my strat map when i was on the website with my second account but you can just ban Occitan_IronM from strat if thats all it takes, as long as i can still use it on cRPG...

None of my characters have been banned so far and i do hope they are not at any point on cRPG at least because i think its just plain stupid if you're telling me i can't play with an account i paid for only for some stupid reasons

We got 3 Warband cd-key in our house, let me explain ehm:

Both me and my twin brother has different cd-keys for warband which we play on. And we both share the same net / ip. And my 3'rd cd-key belong to me after i bought a steam account which also included warband. I've only used this key once on Crpg and that was to make a STF HA, when the STF option was that you could only have 1 char.

As far as I know we haven't been banned yet but I'm posting this to avoid possible inconvenience.
I and my spouse have been playing Warband together since the very beginning and we have involved in cRPG since September. We have two separate cd keys and play on two different computers sharing the same IP. 90% of the time we play together on the same cRPG servers; and in native, we have played in numerous matches together including various leagues and tournaments such as ENL and 5-a side, screenshots of which are available.

None of us got banned yet. Two people playing warband. One pc. The reason my older brother (who btw doesn't play often. only making weird builds get bored and deleting/respecing them after) had to buy a copy is that alts can't use the marketplace for cheaper prices and reselling etc. The other reason is everybody likes to make a skip the fun char once in a while and I would not let him do that constantly because of the week cooldown and the fact that his builds were unplayable for me. We don't play strategus.

But please think on the other side, i "tested" Strategus at version 2 only one time, then it went offline. Now version 3 is back but i havent read any rules here ( and as you can see im no strategus user from the beginning ). I think there are more guys like me here who are not from the beginning online! Can we put a view strategus rules into the FAQ?

I'm going to post here as well to make sure I won't get banned. I have recieved a 5x5 key instead of the correct one during a Steam sale in november or december 2010(I'm one of many people). Then TaleWorlds created a converter tool, which allowed me to convert my bad, but working(Steam and TaleWords removed the need to authenticate these 5x5 keys in order to allow us to play the game) key to a valid one, which I then used to play the game without Steam.

Point is: I have two keys. It is not because I wanted to, but because Steam sold it to me that way. This is why Krath_I and Krath_II are bound to different keys(I had to play without Steam, it is not allowed to share Steam accounts, but my brother wanted to play as well).

First I do not expect a response but if I were to receive one I would be delighted. I believe my account was banned for a similar reason. Maybe a year or so ago I tried to move my crpg account to this computer from the one in my guest room. The login screen kept saying something about 5x times or wrong login. Some snooping on the forums leads me to believe my account was probably banned for ip sketchiness. However, I just bought another warband game on steam so I can play crpg. Does this mean I run the risk of getting banned all over again?

Any response at all would be greatly appreciated.

I got a ban 3 or 4 months ago cos I did change my clan members' chars' names myself at same time. And then I tried to gather them together for unbanning in the game for a week but I couldnt. Some of them could do it but I was totally innocent but my way was wrong I agree. After this, I remember that last waring has come about having multiaccount. I am trying to bring all of these man together for unbanning these chars for my gaming fame in that community. But until that time, I think to unban my main char, ''Barb''. My cousin who has been doing his military duty for the last 6 months has just returned home 2 days ago. He updated the game, tried to login and saw that his account is banned. Before going to duty, he had asked me to make his char join into our faction in strategus if the strategus gets released during his duty. As he had requested, i did it and logged into his account several times at the end of last september & beginning of the last october. After the multi accounting on strategus got prohibited, i had ceased logging into his account, but never reported it here. i thought it wasn't necessary, because i already had stopped logging into his account via my IP. I guess you can check and confirm this. Now I appeal for his char's unban with all my respect. His char's name is Battalibis_Bey and we'll be grateful if you unban him.

My another cousin, who's also on his military duty at the moment has a c-rpg char too and he'll be back tomorrow morning. Since he had not requested to take part in strategus, i've never logged into his account. His char's name is AzmiQc , i just wanted to inform you that we three may play via same IP adresses in the future. I can provide you their steam accounts etc if further information is requested.

edit: oh btw, i just wanted add this info too, for being honest. i used Battalibis_Bey's forum account (Varg_Vikernes) to trololo a bit in turkish subforum by acting like a foreigner, but at the end nocti thought it we had enough fun so i got my punishment for that by cmp and promissed them to never do this again. i'm writing it here if any other people don't know about this. my cousin is a little bit angry at me because i did this. i  apologize again.

I occasionally use frozenway to play c-rpg from my school (a software which use openvpn to bypass blocked port) maybe other people do. So if tracing the ip you see "frozen way server" dont ban =x.

You can develop a tool that recognizes multiple computers per ip online at the same time. Instead of blanket banning you might want to look into this.

a guy from steam says he gets kicked when he joins any server so he cant register on site or forum. i asked if his nick beeing used already and he said he tried different characters and it happens to all. it looks like multi accounting.

Hey there. i used to play crpg for a while but left. my previous nick was Camels_Recruit_ZagorKa. i wanted to start playing again but when i try to enter a server to recieve a password it says "you are kicked from this server" i tried all servers and tried different characters but still same. my cousin used my computer with his own steam account once, this can be the reason? i hope you can solve this as soon as possible.

and he says he doesnt remember his password so he cant login forum or anything.

My girlfriend is going to be using my old "cRPG computer" to play with me (using a freshly purchased copy of warband / cd key of course). Though we are connected through the same router, we don't seem to have the same IP so i don't know if i'm wasting my time posting here. My main's name is HoC_Mascot_SMEGMAR, and her name will be Betty_Ferret / HoC_Betty_Ferret.

My brother started play Warband c-rpg and bought own key. But we have 1 good computer in house and we both play with same IP. Names characters: Melsar_the_Grey, Mollis or Mollis_the_Grey

Im not sure whats the exact reason for why im banned, since i havent been playing. But there are multiple computers here in the same network, and atleast Asdiman plays crpg.

HELLO !

I was not banned for multi account I just want to avoid to be...

I paid M&B for my nephew to play (Pvictor13 is his name I think something like that). He enjoyed it but stop playing for months... now he wants to play again BUT :

- he lost his password in Crpg
- he lost his serialkey cause he lost his password in Gamersgate qhere I purcahsed the game with his own account...
- my registration email is not valid anymore (AOL has disapeared in France...)

So ...I want to know if I purchase again M&B for him with his own account. If he plays, it will be considerate as multiaccount fault ? I want to be sure he will not be BANNED for this second M&B game on his computer thank you for help...

PVictor13 or Pecores-Victor_OF_PEPE is his main character...

im playing for a while, and my son gots a alternate character on my key. now
ive bought a pc for him so he can play on his own comp with his own character
from next month.

thats why we will use the same ip.

My character is Routier_Daniels, my sons is Routier_Young_Odo

I hope that it wont be a problem.

My younger brother decided to install the game using a cd key off of the internet on his profile on my computer. :mad: I have since then deleted his profile on my pc and revoked his computer privelages for that. I have bought the game now from amazon and am still banned, pretty sure it's my ip. I haven't been able to play c-rpg at all because of that. I am hoping to get unbanned so i can start playing  :D I dont even have an account registered because i cant stay on a server long enough to get my password, but my char's name is: rogueruler

Templars Steevee, Bobby and Radamantis we are students and cusins. We have diffferet computers and serial keys but same ip. It's easy to check , because we often play at same time and killing each other.

Hello

I play my main Fallen_bibb from my house. I bought an account for my girlfriend so we can play together when she's over. Her main's name is CopyKat.

I'm trying to get more friends to play cRPG with me. Sometimes they bring their laptops over and play here for a night drinking beer ande gaming but that would only be very occasionally. Do you need to report such one time occurances really?

In case this cause troubble. Me and my brother (NuuK a.k.a Scartail) often go to a friend of ours and play games. We often play cRPG there aswell, but my friend only played it once, so if you see me and my brother poping up on my friends IP then its nothing "mysterious"  :mrgreen:


Also his name is KittyCatz if I'm not mistaken.

Differant computers they r played from same IP and sometimes same computer depending if my brother is using his and she barely gets to play since im on all the time if u wanna check my logs and see how many hours i put in =P but anyway hopefully this can get resolved quickly =D

I have been globally banned and i have no idea why O_O Just logged on to the site and saw you have been globally banned and visit the forums to see why.................Never did anything wrong cheat etc... The only reason i could see for this is multiple accounts per IP but my brother and sister play so i dont know why that would be a problem.... I play this game everyday hours a day and get banned without and explanation and ahve been playing forever can i please get some info

And my sister has been banned she just checked too so i take it that its multiple accounts from the same ip what can i do to get this resolved?

Had one key for 1.5 years.

Yesterday, got banned for first time in several thousand hours of game play.

Ban was done by a, in my opinion, biased admin for what i thought were poor reasons. I was building a catapult in siege and disrespecting his authority.

I used the extra copy of M&B i had to make another account.

Trolled hard.

Got banned on that one.

Went back to my normal account.

Got globally banned.

I did not exploit anything to get an advantage in Strat or in normal cRPG.

Simply, I used the extra key to express my distaste for this admin and his clan.

 I broke no other rules other than light chat abuse and the common sense rule.

Hello ciga is my friend from university.
He's coming over right now , we gonna spend kurban bayramı together then he may move into my place completely .
He has some issues with his roommate in college and i live alone so it will be probably win-win for us :)
He is busy this year so he rarely plays cRPG anyway but i wanted to let you people know that we'll share the same houshold for a week , then maybe for 2 remaining (Hopefully 2 :D) college years.
