Title: Buy new equipment side menu not working (character page)

After a long absence, I log in to find the box with the equipment types (helmets, leggings, polearms etc) that allows you to buy new items is not loading. Thus I cannot buy new equipment. Is there any possible causes of this?

If you are using an old browser like IE8 update to latest version.

Hi thanks for the reply. I am/was using ie9, is that ok?

Should I try deleting cookies?

It should work fine with IE9, but you need to disable the compatibility view (the page icon in the address field).
