Title: Battle times

Is there a special reason why battles are at such unusual times (not full hours)?

24 hours after the battle was initiated (exactly 24, unless the spot is taken). Very few battles are initiated at the exact times, I guess.

I would also imagine that there are only so many servers available to host these battles.  "On the hour" would mean there are only 24 slots open for fights per day, per server.  "On the minute" would give a whole lot more room.

Especially now that battles have fixed time limits, you can fit more battles in a day.
