Title: Strategus 3.0 poll questions. lets hear the player base for once.

Are you for or against the changes.. let the player base be heard..

While there are several things that only larger clans can capitalize on, there is more for smaller clans than ever before. Not to mention we're seeing updates at a much faster pace than ever before, even if they are smaller, each is an improvement.

Post by: Matey on October 15, 2011, 11:04:55 am: i dunno... i think this might pwn smaller clans pretty bad. at any rate... i can see it being better in the end, but some work to be done. it seems a lot slower and harder to build up... with this system it would be pretty hard to ever make a come back.

Wait to see how things evolve, for sure things are different it may seems harder, you will have to trade not just sit on your gold stockpill and collect recruit.

Anyway the game seems to take a path far from farmgoldfarmtroopattackfarmgoldfarmtroopattack. It's more complex now , and if it is finely balanced it may be a great thing.
So i voted "it looks promising."

I agree its early but its still awaiting game, and to test all futures we have to play (after a reset like this) atleast 2 months to see the changes. But to criticize the old strategus for a waiting game means that you dont understand the new changes, just as much of a stay in fief game still even with the new trade system.

If there was an "I like the direction it's going, but it needs improvement" option thats what I'd vote for.

The intention of the poll is not if it looks promising or not, more of a what kind of game is strategus going to be. A trading game with a lot of browser activity and rare battles, or vice versa.
