When I go into the game writing
your character belongs to someone else
but this is my character do that?

Did you change your CD-Key?

Ehm if you use a character in warband that has the name of an already existing player in crpg it will tell you that you are using somone character because you can not creat a character with the same name.

Your main character's name is Spyle, if you use that as your character when you join a server you will get your gear and stuff.
Renaming your character is possible but only for clantags and typo fixing.
You can do a full namechange when you retire your character.
