Title: Looking for Artist to make a banner

I'm looking for an artist to make a banner for the Imperium.  I can provide a small payment in gold if anyone is willing to put one together for us.

Hisagi helped create the NH banner for reasonable crpg cash.

Neimind or whatever his name is wasted a month our time producing nothing, in typical artist fashion
