As much as I sympathise with those people caught out by this actually happening to them, they all have to be treated the same, I highly highly highly doubt that this will help your case.

You were banned by Unreal for teamkilling/wounding at the beginning of rounds before leaving.

You see, this is a rather delicate matter. Needless to say, I believe you, but if we would unban you just like that, other, less honest people, would just abuse this and copy your story, despite the fact that they are lying!

However, the solution is simple - just upload a short youtube video with you and your friend where he apologizes for his behaviour. That should solve the matter instantly.
