Title: Unique Problem about movement
Post by: Captain_Skinboat on October 12, 2011, 03:00:31 am: I cannot move anywhere, but my problem is unique. I click Move Crusader_Captain, then when the words are bold I click on a spot on the map for me to move to. Then The white line comes up showing where I will be walking to. All of this is familiar because I have played cRPG before. My speed is showing .25, which is normal, I am walking on plains, and I am not near water, a mountain, cliff, or a river.

I CANT FUCKING MOVE.

Every time the white line shows up showing me I am moving, I close out of the Strat page, or leave it idle and go to another tab. When I do this my character stops moving... It IS SO FUCKING ANNOYING. I have tried everything to fix this. I have tried uninstalling eye candy. I reinstalling eye candy. I have tried different browsers such as Firefox and google chrome. NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK!!

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME! OH MIGHT chadz SHOW ME A SIGN!!!

If you had tried the [Stuck?] button yourself, you would know that it does nothing at all.

evry time i wan't to move in strategus and click on my desired location, as soon as i close the browser or reresh the page my red line indicating my path disappears!

Seems the Eye candy "staggered" the map for me so I didn't see my actual postion. Seems I actually Spawned on some mountains and can't move in the direction I wanted to. I'm trying to move in the other direction to see what's happening.

EDIT : that worked, if you use the Eye Candy your char isn't at the right place. If you're not using it you might not be aware of some map related strategus changes.

Try to live in the opposite direction.

The Eye Candy is not the problem. You not updating the Eye Candy is.

Go on Action Menu. Look at the picture you get there. Unless you are completely surrounded by impassable terrain, you should be able to find a way out.

erh... I can't find any update for the strategus map eye candy D: only "character page eye candy".

You looking at the very very very old thread or the new one? It was abandoned by the original dude and continued by someone else, making it two threads. The old still gets the occasional bumps and is thus put in front of the new one. They really should sticky it.
