Title: Ban Cyranule BRD have pic

There was a mosh of us attacking one enemy. We killed him and I hit someone.
Then Cyranule hit me once I ran he chased me and I turned around and he came up to me and TKd me.
I got this screenshot just before he TKd me.

Ban him please, if not for aggresive TKing but because he's usually a DICK to other players.
