Any idea what fief prosperity means, what is it for, and how do you increase one?
Also who gets the goods transaction tax?
-
yeah i think about the same thing
-
Prosperity affects the buy/sell value of trade goods.
Trade tax goes to the village so fief owners can make some good money from it.

cool stuff.
But it could be more cool if you can buy some cheap stuff in one town and sell it for a higher price in another town
-
yeah, looks very unfinished, sure hope they are working on it, or else this is gonna be just another round without any caravaning to do.

you can, just buy from a low prosperity place and sell in a high one
i know what you mean tho - like in sp where you have iron/silk etc
this is the very beginnings of a trading system in strat so bear with it for now :)

Actually it pays to do a lot of travelling when trading. The further you go the higher "Distance Bonus" multiplier you get.
Perfect for Guards no?

yeah, but it has nothing to do with pan clan trading, it's more like singleplayer doing things for ya self.
but it's an beginning none the less.
i hope there will more different tradegoods, food and other stuff gets implemented that will make real trade between lands more important.

Yes and no - after all the "international" trade is done by one trader to another. Question is - can you make a big deals, like by collecting "goods" purchased by several clanmates, transfer/sell them to one guy in your clan and than make the caravan where you have 1 (or few) guys traveling to trade somewhere else, instead of sending your entire clan.... that would be cool, wouldn't it?
-
yes it would be cool, but i don't think the code will allow it.
thats why we need localized different goods from fief to fief, that would be a way of doing so then.

Why not?
The trouble is, you need to stand on top of each other to trade. But i see no reason why this would be impossible. Gather trade goods, send one guy to the other side of the map to sell em and repeat.
It's gonna get interesting once clan was and feuds break out and people / clans start robbing each other's traders.
-
yeah, but the good bonus will probably reset to some number (should be tested out) when goods get stacked up, so the problem will be if people really can make profit to stack goods or if u just do it yourself, cus of profit.

That sounds good, i dont know what your guys working on yet, but to make it not safe for buy cheap stuff and sell it in another town, then it could be very cool to hire another clan there travel with you and protect your stuff, if you been attack and loose then the attacker steal All your stuff
