I think its incredibly immature of you to suggest this.  Haven being in the banner pack has no association with someone's unfortunate mistake on the market.  If the person who put the mittens on the market took a different approach when asking for them back, the mittens would probably already be back in his possession.  Lastly, to all those who are calling me a "scammer," I scammed no one.  He put the mittens on the market, I bought them.  Simple as that.

I am pretty sure that the person asked nicely for his loom's back i do not see how he was supposed to do it better then that?

What ever you may think or say people who use this marketplace alot (on the forums anyway) will now recognise you as a sly trader (i know you did not scam the guy but u pretty it ends in the same conclusion) so you have two choices blacklist or be nice to the nice person.

The reputation of your clan has been heavily tarnished due to this incident, it is no surprise that people will see the whole clan in a bad perspective as you are not taking any measures to deal with your member. The very least you can to "save" your clan is to force your member to give the item back and if he refuses, expel him from the clan.
