This is our claim for strategus v3.0
We will take these fiefs.
If you are in our lands, we'll attack you without warning.This message is the only warning.If you are part of any clan, we'll also declare war on your clan and we'll work hard till we see your clan wiped out from the map.

Bashibazouk (Turkish başıbozuk, or delibaş, literally "damaged head", meaning "free headed", "leaderless", "disorderly")
was an irregular soldier of the Ottoman army. Particularly noted for their lack of discipline.
Majority of troops fought on foot, some troops (called akinci) rode on horseback.
Their income was based on their successful raids since Sultan didn't pay them.

TRADE - it has a great potential... this and option "follow xxx" means caravans after all...
RAIDS ON CARAVANS - if the troops upkeep is high indeed, clans will have to let the people in their fiefs, so they get troops

My feeling is that  it may work, if the parameters are not too harsh.
