So I was thinking of making a semi-gag toon. Basically want to just be super fast, annoying, and flank archers/shielders. Was thinking of doing it with some PowerThrow just enough for thowing daggers. Throw till im down to 1 or 2 daggers, then switch it to melee and just run around stabbing people and use speed bonus for most of my damage
Something like this.
* Strength: 9
* Agility: 30
* Hit points: 44
* Skills to attributes: 6
* Ironflesh: 0
* Power Strike: 3
* Shield: 0
* Athletics: 10
* Riding: 0
* Horse Archery: 0
* Power Draw: 0
* Power Throw: 3
* Weapon Master: 10
* One Handed: 152
* Throwing: 142
I know its not optimal, but sound doable and worth a few weeks with a STF toon?

I think your counting skills and attributes abit wrong, you have to convert 8 to get 9/30, unless Espu's calculator is off.
And it depends alot what you want out of your character if it's worth it or not. If you like having a high KDR and being the best player there is then stay away. If you want a laugh on the other hand, go for it.
I did a 9/30 build with 189 polearm wpf and a shortened spear. Ran for archers mostly, or just kited melee around. Had the time of my life stunning people to death with the spear while running circles around them. Took about 10-15 hits to take down anything in medium armor upwards though.

Unless they changed it, throwing daggers don't have a secondary mode

I'm not sure that build would be anything but be a general annoyance to the opposing team, there are some good ranged out there and they usually have the danger zone's covered. I think if you were interested in helping the team out with a mostly agility oriented build I would grab a shield for survivability

This build is very similar to UAM (united African militia) 9/30 3pt and 10 ath
you will not get that much wpf.
It is a good build if you invest in the PT and put about 100wpf in Polearm or 2H

Throwing daggers do not have a melee mode that I know of, yeah. You'd have to carry a dagger as well. Also bear in mind that each stack of daggers is quite heavy (3 pounds), and will lower your effective athletics as such. Snowflakes used to only weigh 1 pound and were ideal for a build like this, though they too now weight 3 pounds.

You could always try the Katana STF build I've tried for a while:
9 Strength
33 Agility
14 points converted to attr.
3 PS
11 Ath
3 WM
130 2h wpf
I think I actually got a positive K/DR with this char...It was a lot of fun :D
Also, throwing dagger stacks are indeed pretty heavy, you won't be as fast as you were hoping for. Besides, even with the 7 PT of my earlier throwing alt, daggers couldn't really hurt tincans or pretty much anyone wearing medium armor+. (read: 15% with a dagger to the face)

Well I went a 9/30 build with balanced katana once, i failed misserabely cuz i tok 2 ps and not 3 :(
You can take some dmg but not much, i suggest using white lamellar, desert turban (cuz it fits) and black kerghit boots - yes a ninja outfiitt :P
And besides 10 athl aint that much 14 is more fun :)
