There was a thread posted earlier by MrShine about Smellmyfinger team wounding horses at the beginning of rounds. Unfortunatly he skated by due to "lack of evidence". Well that evidence has just come forward. If you watch the video provided below you will clearly see Smellmyfinger hit the friendly horse/rider. I tried to lock onto him as fast as possible so that you know it is him.

Okay you know what this guy needs to learn, he has been banned way too many times for this shit. I am making him write a 1000 word essay on why team wounding and team killing is wrong. His ban will not be lifted until it has been read, rated, and approved by the community.

Guys I'm not trying to be difficult but I don't see where I wounded anyone. Can someone fill me in? Unless you're talking about where I take a swing which I do every round.
EDIT: Nevermind I see it. Why did you record me? Just curious is all.
I find the other topic about me hilarious (never saw it till now). A guy makes a huge thread about me standing still for 30 seconds. Do you guys have anything better to do? Why would that bother someone (not talking about the tw).

Start from 7 seconds in, then look at the guy on the courser. It is very obvious from the way the character reacts to your swing that you hit him. You are well known for this, and I have banned you in the past on your alt name. You have gotten more complaints than any other player on the server, and you hold the most bans. It is obvious you are not going to stop any time soon.
So I was left with no choice but to hand you an old fashioned unban essay. 1000 words, the subject: why team wounding and team killing is bad. If your essay is convincing and the community thinks you should be let back in then you will be unbanned. If you are unbanned and caught doing this again, do not think you will be getting away with it. I have talked to other admins about what I chose for your punishment and not a single one objected with me.

No I agree with you. I think its pretty fair. I honestly never saw the tw's for the first few viewings.

I recorded you because I played a couple rounds and at the beginning continually heard you hitting teammates horses. I saw the ban request for you before and saw you skate away because the screenshot didn't prove enough, so I decided to record you so you couldn't sneak your way out of it. And I believe everyone is sick of your shit.
