Title: Lost my Equipment and level on the game and Website

I had 7k worth of gold and all my equipmentb which was worth about 40k i was a level 24 but this afternoon i find out i lost all my stuff and i dont know how help please! ive got proof as my friends on ts know i had good armour and stuff
