Title: Heirloom Points
Post by: Tennenoth on October 07, 2011, 12:30:43 pm
If anyone is looking to sell any heirloom points, I am looking for three.

I am willing to pay a reasonable sum of money for your troubles and I am looking to heirloom my Balanced Langes Messer & my Sturdy Straw Hat to the third generation variaties.

I currently have 850K to spend at current and therefore I am looking to secure those loom points. I more or less believe that loom points are worth as much as an heirloomed market so please don't come in here and say "i'll sell for 400K" because quite clearly, that is well overpriced!

I am of course open to negotiation.

Cheers in advance,

Tenne.

400k+ is standard, not overpriced

450k is standard.

A loom point is worth more than a normal loom.  This is true because it increases your options: you can loom anything you want, whenever you want.  Why do you think its not just to pay extra for such advantages?

1. Even an item you can't use (a bow, or a weapon with high str requirement) you can have someone else loom it for you and use it on your next build.

2.  If you wanted some obscure item that you just can find on the market, you can still get it it loomed.  Like a +1 knightly kite shield, or +1 rus shoes.  Your options aren't limited to whats on the market or available on the forums.

3. You can get it loomed NOW.  You don't have to wait until retirement if you have the gold.  This is a huge advantage and warrants a higher price.

I'm sure you could think of other reasons why a loom point would cost more than a loomed item if you put your mind to the task. :)

i don't want to see the loom price getting to stars, since i'll mostly need a few going max level...but ye the standard is quite crazy now :\
