Title: My +2 heavy lance wont appear in game

Just heirloomed my heavy lance which would make it +2... pretty sure a normal +2 is called balance, but mine is called tempered.. also the stats are different so can u fix this or tell me how to fix it.. i can see it in the website but not the game

Put it in your default equipment.
