How do you go about keeping your build balanced? Is it better just to retire?
-
Until they nerf armor heirlooms i guess your forced to retire until you have a full set of armor to keep up with the rest of the cRPG community.
About the build its obvious that the less u retire the more powerfull you will become.
Since they nerfed the xp bonus on retirements its not rly worth it build wise anymore imho.
Im gen 10 myself an dont rly notice a huge difference from lvling my alt“s
Also if they removed night cycles everything would be just be more fun tbh.

thanks to both; guess ill just retire til i have a lordly set :0 best armor for throwers is something like padded leather, nord conical and rus boots right? also wearing weightless leather gloves. Any thoughts?

I have a nonloomed armour :)
But as I usually play with very light armour it's useless for me to loom it^^
But I recognised a difference between gen 8 lvling and gen 2/3 lvling on my alts

Heirlooming a decent set of gloves is always a good idea. Wisbys or higher, usually.

Except Lordly Mail Gauntlets are the most valuable heirloom in the game, and can be use by archers, throwers, melee, or cav, and looks good with every armor
