This was added in for a patch, but ultimately it consumes too much processing power in large strategus battles.

So nothing we can do about enabling as a mini-mod?

I've tried this and it is actually pretty good. Problem is however that it comes very hard to see the arrows. When I tried this we had the original arrow speed so it might not be that bad. I'd suggest the devs test it out. It's much better looking than the mystical blur of magicmushrooms.

Arrows are hard to see and when there is 3-7 archers shooting at you  this causes a bit lagg, at leas for me.

i have tested it,and it works, way waaay better then original arrow look,it does not cause any lag to me...devs should put this into new patch.
