You're kind of like me in that you use your admin so rarely (with all the other admins on, or for whatever reason) that most people don't even know you're an admin. When I have seen you act though, you've acted with a level head and enforced the rules as objectively as humanly possible. Keep it up.

Talking to people, a kick or a temporary mute as needed has solved everything I've had to deal with.
