Getting hit in the legs should reduce your athletics skill by half.
Getting hit in the body should reduce power strike/draw/throw by half.
Getting hit in the head should make you blind or deaf or dead.

but seriously, I like that idea - It would make the game absurd unmotivating so no noob would play, cause it's so realistic. It's worth a try ... I'd like to see something that realistic even once in a game.

This would only really work if the following conditions were met:
1. Massively upped the soak on armor, so attacks and projectiles are deflected a lot more.
2. Are a masochistic gamer.

lol, half. yes, one hit, by a lvl 1 char should definetly cripple me in full armor, makes perfect sense.

If this idea is actually implemented in some form I expect the loss of skill to be scaled based on how damaging the hit is.
