Title: Ban request - "GoD_Balton_the_Bloody"

Apparently this person is a known troll but has been escalating things a bit lately.

Crimes (that I have screenshot evidence for) --
Poll abuse + chat trolling.

Attempts to kick NH_Diggles.  The only explanation given by Balton is that Diggles is the "Noob Horde General" (apparently Balton has some sort of personal vendetta against NH).  At the time, Diggles was the last one up on his team, still fighting, and apparently Balton just decided to try and boot him for the "lols".  (Poll failed.)

Delaying/"valor farming":

I know it's hard to substantiate this but I thought this score was pretty reasonable evidence.  He's 0-5 here because he spent 5 matches hiding until he was the last player, then running out to die.  Basically just valor/gold farming.


But I saved the best for last.  I wanted to throw in what I had to show what a troll this guy is but at least we can all agree that TK'ing is bad:

This wasn't the only time he did this but it was the only one I got good screenshots for.

I was following him seeing if I could get some screenshots to substantiate his "valor farming" techniques -- he was on that rooftop, just him and that scrub, both melee, he destroyed the ladder and then just hid up there and apparently decided to kick/punch her to death while he was at it.

The guy is a troll, makes the game less fun and in my opinion needs a little break from cRPG so he'll have time to evaluate if he's really here to enjoy the game or just here to be a douchebag.  He doesn't need cRPG to be a douchebag.


Please leave this thread open for 24 hours as I believe there may be other people wanting to post additional screenshots.  I think someone said they had screenshots of his other TKs and I said to check for this thread tomorrow to post them in.


P.S.
Another indicator: he got vote-banned from NA_CRPG_1 after all this occurred (not kicked -- banned).  I understand that's a 1 hour ban, which is probably fine for random trolls but the intentional TKs deserve a bit more.  This wasn't a short incident of random trolling, but a couple hours worth that finally led the players to ban him as best they could.  (I assume you can substantiate this via the server logs.  Let it sit as evidence that he annoys at least 50% of the players.)

How amusing, the guy that runs me over on his Destrier every time we are on the same team is making a ban request on me. You know, I don't even recall what all of this hate that propels the constant attempts at griefing, and creating fictitious ban requests started over. I think I offhandedly insulted you one time. I wasn't even trying to flame excessively, I am pretty sure I just threw out a generic one-liner insult, I guess I have underestimated my wit in verbal assault.

What I find weird though, is why you didn't include a screenshot of me swinging my blade in your direction, after one of the tens of times you ran me over. Isn't it the secret ritual we use to identify each other? How else would I know that I am being watched, my every action is being screenshot, in order to be formatted into a fiction story at a later time.

As for the "violations", I am sure they're see-through enough for me to not worry about.

screen 1 has multiple people supporting a kick
screen 2 shows him with a bad score, doesn't mean anything
screen 3 and 4 show him punching a naked leecher

conclusion: OP is a gay baby

The majority of the time hes just hiding somewhere waiting for his team to die so he can attempt to get valor and leech more.  Admins need to show this kind of antisocial deserter behavior cannot be tolerated.  I"ll be posting my screens later today.

Bear can clearly see the flaws, a wise man indeed.

And the person I polled against vouching for my ban, how rich. You know, your plan might have worked, if OP did not include a screenshot of the vote kick. Hell, you could have had your entire clan join in and vouch as well. Also, it's cute that neither of you understand how valour works. However, I know, and what you are claiming I am doing wouldn't get you valour anyway. But please, go on, I find it quite entertaining.

It's really not uncommon, Funch does this all the time. Make enough friends among the admins and one can do whatever he wants, unfortunately.

Since Balton has been back I haven't seen him trolling much or breaking any server rules, most of the time it's people trying to provoke him into doing something so they can try and get him banned.

I am starting to tire of "popular" cases turning into circuses. Next person to violate what the clearly stickied post in this forum warns about, receives as harsh a penalty as I can wrangle out of an Administrator.

Unless you are directly contributing to the case and are a moderator or someone directly involved in the incident, don't post here.
Screen one does not show if the poll is deserved or not, and calling someone a "Noob Horde General" does not constitute a warning of any sort, otherwise I get to ban 60% of the playerbase for greater insults.

Screen 2 does not show anything besides a bad score. Again harmless.

Screen 3 suggests an altercation with a team mate. Kinda bad. Warnable behavior.

Screen 4 shows a purposeful TK. Very bad. Punishable behavior.

I shall hold any judgement until this:

Don't spam chat, 1 hour bans are common for this behavior.

The TK's arent even really the issue, as by the time hes the only one left, the match has already been determined.  The compete failure to contribute anything because hes leeching off in some far corner of the giant map and letting his team die are the major offenses.  I didnt really want to commit that many screenshots to document his behavior as anyone on the server can atest that hes a leech, but I guess we will have to.

Tears what the hell you peace loving hippy! What defense will make an intentional tk not a bannable offence? Intentional tking should be banned regardless of why it happened. I'm sure people are kinda picky when it comes to Balton and are determined to give him a ban, but these screens show he obviously deservers one.

Balton has been banned for 5 days on the account of teamkilling and leeching.
