what does wpf mean for xbow? is there any formula that can show me  percentage?

WPF for xbows increase accuracy, reload speed, and around 15 % per 100 wpf.

But you should try to ask understandable questions :D

But all if this is only our fantasies (and some empiric results what can be interpreted by some way)- because here is no none at all real info from developers.
And not only about Xbow WPF - about all.

Investing is noticeable. I think between 120-140 wpf is satisfying, before not.

i have 255 wpf and its still  not diffrent from 130 wpf

does bolt get speed bonus when i shoot horse directly rushing me, similar to the bonus that same cav with sword have against me?

Yes. All speed boni are added together from speed of both parties.

the game uses relativity, so YES

for example - you run with a spear for some guy who runs head on for you with a knife - you stab him first ( with the right timing ;) ) - so you get the speed bonuses of him and yourself

easy physics

do you know maybe how much bonus u get at full speed of courser?
